Got a call for an in-person interview like a week after applying on LinkedIn. The job description was misleading, it's more of a training program to get you into a leadership role after a few months, which wasn't mentioned initially. They scheduled multiple short in-person interviews, spaced out. I was called back for another round just as I was leaving. They didn't really discuss my qualifications, even though the interviewer said a team would review my answers. The interviewer had only been in this role for 2 months, so not exactly HR. They should be more upfront about the job's actual purpose instead of revealing it piece by piece.

There are 3 rounds for this job. The first interview is super short, like 10 minutes max, mainly to check if you're a decent person and can talk okay. You don't get much info about the role itself. In the second interview, they'll tell you that the job involves working 5-hour shifts at a Sams Club or Costco, selling stuff like phone plans and Directv for $10/hour plus commission, and you have to work 7 days a week. The last interview is with the CEO, who makes the final decision, and it seems like most people get approved, making me think they might have a lot of people leave the company.
