Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Nevro.
Intern
I got an email to schedule a phone screen the day after I applied. The interviewer mentioned I was overqualified for the role, so it wasn't much of an interview. The rest of the time was spent asking if I still wanted to be considered for further rounds and discussing the company and culture.
- Can you tell me why you are interested in Nevro?
- How would you rate your Excel skills?
Intern
The interview started with questions about my resume and why I'm interested in interning at Nevro, and how I found out about them. Some basic op-amp and control questions were given to solve. The questions were emailed, and I had the option to answer some but not all. Overall, the interview experience was alright. I interviewed for the electrical engineer intern position.
- Technical questions about op-amp summing circuits
Intern
It was a smooth process, and the company was really open about each step. The managers I met were nice and friendly. They asked a lot of behavioral questions across about 2-3 rounds. I met with a couple of the managers I'd be working with.
- Can you describe your work style?
