Clinical Site Contracts Manager
So after I applied, I got in touch with someone there who set up a remote interview for me. It was set up pretty fast and they were professional. The virtual meeting started out fine, but the vibe was kinda low. We talked about my background, but it felt like they hadn't really looked at my resume beforehand. They brought up stuff that wasn't even on my resume, so I had to keep clarifying and steering the conversation. I tried to show how my experience fit the job description. After the interview, the feedback was kinda vague, and I was told to follow up through the right channels because they had new internal processes. Over the next few weeks, I heard that they liked me, but in the end, they said a specific skill that wasn't really mentioned in the job description was super important and that's why I didn't get the job. The whole thing took about four weeks and felt all over the place. It seemed like nobody on the team was on the same page about what they were looking for, which made it feel less clear than it should have been.

Brand Manager
This was a really bad and unprofessional recruitment process. The hiring manager reached out to me to apply, and after I went through eight interviews, the HR Manager told me I was the top candidate and that they were going to give me an offer. However, the offer they gave was way too low for both compensation and title, which was disrespectful. They really wasted my time and energy with this long interview process. I wouldn't advise anyone I know to apply here.

Finance
I applied online and had a screening interview with an HR rep. It was honestly one of the worst experiences I've had, she was super pushy about my salary expectations and made me feel bad about being laid off. I told her the online salary range was fine, but she told me to ignore the posted salary range. She mentioned the company is collaborative and not for people who want to climb the ladder fast. She said she'd send info to the hiring manager. They do respond quickly though.

Senior Safety Specialist
So, this job had about five rounds, and they definitely ramped up in difficulty and technicality. You really need to know drug safety and FDA regulations for this. The first meeting was with the hiring manager, then I met the director of the team. After that, I had a session with three different safety scientists or directors. The fourth round brought me back to the safety manager, and finally, the last step was a meeting with the VP of Drug Safety.
