First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Network Capital Funding Corporation.
Mortgage Loan Officer
The interview process was super fast and easy! I submitted my resume on a Wednesday, and they reached out the same day to have me complete an online assessment. Right after I finished that, they called me and had me come in for an in-person interview. On the same day I interviewed, they gave me some hands-on experience, which I thought was a really cool way to see what the job was actually like. I got hired on the spot and was asked to come back the next Monday!

Mortgage Loan Officer
I was in a room with 6 other candidates and we talked about the position and the need to be a high producer. After that, some of the managers pulled me aside and gave me more details on the position. Lastly, I was given a tour of the office, which seemed like a high-intensity brokerage firm; many of the loan officers looked very tired.
- What are your aspirations for this position?
Mortgage Loan Officer
I applied online with my resume. Then a recruiter called me to set up an online aptitude test. A day or two later, I got another call to schedule an interview. The interview itself was pretty standard. They seemed a bit stern and didn't really make me feel comfortable, but the questions were straightforward.
- Can you handle rude and difficult individuals?
