It was super quick. The recruiters were awesome, really nice and energetic. I applied online through a job board and heard back the very next business day. They gave me a quick call for a short phone interview. Then we scheduled a follow-up interview after they asked me a few things. That interview was also fast, and they said they'd be in touch within a few days.

The hiring process was really smooth. When I got called in, I signed in at Network Capital and waited in a conference room. A recruiter spoke with me and asked a few questions, like why I thought I'd be a good fit. They said they'd call me back in a few days if I was a good candidate. They did call me back to complete some paperwork. Then they congratulated me, said I got the position, and that I'd start Monday after orientation.

Julissa from HR reached out, she was super nice and didn't care about my look or my past jobs, she talked to me like a professional and wanted to know what I was looking for from the company. I told her my intentions and why I left my old job, and she welcomed me to the team and wished me good luck.
