The whole thing took about 5 weeks. First there was an exam, then an HR chat, followed by a tech interview, then the manager wanted to chat, and finally the director. After that, there was a medical exam and a character reference check, and then they made me a job offer. It was a pretty smooth process overall, even though it was very stringent. The benefits and compensation are awesome.

So first I had a meeting with HR and they did a skills test. Then I had my first in-person interview with the manager and two other people from the company. We talked about the company and my CV for over an hour. After that, I had a second technical interview over the phone. We discussed my previous job experience, this new job, and the role's responsibilities and challenges. That also took over an hour. Then on Friday, I had a third interview over the phone with a SR Manager Tech Support. We briefly chatted again about me and the job. It lasted about half an hour. And then on Monday, they offered me the job!

I got a call from HR and was scheduled for an accounting exam. After the exam, I had series of interviews with HR, technical, manager, and with the director. The interviews were challenging but the whole process was a great experience as you'll be able to meet professionals whom you want to be working with in this company. HR is very accommodating and approachable. They update you regularly on the status of your application and give information timely.
