Behavioral Technical Group Presentation

There were 3 stages in the interview process. First, an interview with the HR rep where they asked about myself, my interest in the company and the role. Second, an interview with a seasoned consultant. This interview had scenario questions and asked about my skills. It was VERY IMPORTANT to mention that I have an aptitude for learning, developing relationships (with team and clients), and giving back/supporting others. Third, a Superday which included 8 rounds of interviews/activities.

Behavioral Technical

I got referred by an ex-colleague and then had a phone interview with an Oracle recruiter. The recruiter was late and unprepared, and interviewed me for the wrong role (pre-sales instead of professional services). When I pointed this out, he asked if I'd consider a pre-sales role. I managed to switch gears, and he said I'd have a full interview with the hiring manager the next week. I never heard back, and still haven't gotten any feedback or response to my follow-ups. My ex-colleague also tried to follow up but got no response. It was a really bad experience overall.

Technical Coding Behavioral

First, there was a technical exam covering IT/CS basics like math, logic, basic programming, SQL, and writing test cases. Passing that led to an HR interview with standard behavioral questions. Then, a technical interview involved coding on paper and discussing past projects. After that, interviews with the manager and director were similar to the HR one. In total, I spoke with 5 people, and most interviews after the technical one asked similar questions, which were manageable if the HR interview was passed.
