The whole thing took under a month. They had me come in for an exam and interviews. First, I talked to a Senior recruiter who was super nice and explained the job and how hiring works. A couple days later, I found out I'd be doing the Technical interview, which I thought was the toughest part, really testing what I know. Then I interviewed with the manager, which was more relaxed and about me, my career goals, and plans. The final interview was with a Senior director, similar to the manager's interview, with personal questions and some odd situational ones I didn't see coming. It was a good experience overall, especially since the Senior recruiter kept me updated on my application status.

So, first I had a Technical Exam, then a Written Communication Exam and a Written Comprehension Test. After all that, I had an Interview with the Team Lead. The Technical Exam covered stuff like HTML, PDF, XML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL, and it had multiple-choice questions plus some coding. The Written Communication and Comprehension tests were about writing letters, answering questions from a passage, and filling in blanks to check grammar.

I sent in my application online. The whole thing took over 3 weeks to finish. There were four main parts: First, there was an exam and an HR interview. The exam covered programming concepts, basically testing everything you know about web programming, and it also had an essay section. Second, a technical interview to check your problem-solving and programming abilities. Third, an interview with the manager. And fourth, an interview with the director. It was a great process, and they kept me updated on where my application stood. Everyone, from HR to the interviewers, was easy to talk to and had a good attitude.
