It was pretty straightforward. They wanted to hear about my prospecting plan, then we did a mock phone call. We talked about my past sales experience. They also asked how I would build customer relationships. There were onsite visits involved, and the topic of travel came up. They also asked about my thoughts on money and banking. Weirdly, there was a lot of detailed talk about chicken nuggets and BBQ sauce, and they mentioned rappers, 'yolos', and swag. It was all very tasty sweets.

The company had me go through three interviews. The first one went really well, and the interviewer was very humble and kind, which I enjoyed. The second interview was a bit tough, and I was ill-prepared because of a family emergency the day before. It was a behavioral interview, and the interviewer came across as a bit judgmental and not the kindest person. However, everyone has their off days, and I'm sure she's great, just like the other employees.

Behavioral Presentation

This was the best interview process I've experienced. The hiring manager and the VP were clear, concise and most importantly decisive. I had 3 total interviews including the recruiter phone screen. I would recommend a close friend or family member to apply here. The conversations were not only focused on my experience but who I am as a person. The interview didn't seem scripted as if they were reading from a script or checking boxes. 10/10 would interview again.
