Sales Executive
So I had this recruiter call that was super unprofessional. She had to reschedule twice, which was a hassle. Then, during the Zoom call, she didn't even turn on her camera, saying it wasn't needed, so I was just talking to a blank screen. She seemed totally uninterested and disengaged the whole time. She even told me that if I didn't hear back in 2 weeks, it meant I was out. Weirdest part was she actually took back the email she sent asking to reschedule, maybe scared of her boss finding out, and I got this weird notification late at night. Definitely not a great experience.

Senior Account Executive
Started off with a one on one interview, then more interviews one on one. First day consisted of two interviews. Next went on to a presentation. I made this part more difficult then it needed to be, but managed to pull off what they were looking for. They were looking at throwing curve balls during and after... just needed to battle the objections. A panel interview was thrown out right after. Didn't see that coming. Then went on to have another 5-6 one on one interviews.
- Can you confirm the security of this solution?
Sales Executive
This was a long interview process, as the recruiter mentioned upfront it was quite thorough. I spoke with 5 different people, not counting the initial recruiter call. Most of these conversations lasted over an hour. A recurring theme was the importance of cultural fit, which they emphasized repeatedly. There was a significant three-week break between two of the interviews. Despite the length and waiting periods, the last interview was quickly followed by a job offer, received about an hour after the call ended. The process concluded with background and reference checks, which took a few more weeks. It was a lengthy journey, but the focus on fit has proven worthwhile as I'm still with the company.
