It was a 3 step interview process with clear communication along the way. Good process overall and great people. Great interview and recruitment team with clear next steps during every part of the interview and hiring process.

Technical Behavioral

The interview process was pretty straightforward and mostly focused on understanding your interests, like what got you into the field and why you liked this particular job. But, the pay is a big issue. The starting salary is really low, and there's a strict two-year commitment. If you leave before the two years are up, you have to pay a hefty penalty. Even if you stay the whole time, the promotion only bumps the salary to $70k, which I don't think is fair for the work. For fresh grads, I'd suggest looking for other jobs with better pay and growth. There are tons of great roles out there worth looking into!
