Business Development Executive
First, the hiring team figures out what they need and who they want. Then, recruiters post the job and pick out candidates from applications. After that, there's a quick chat to check basic stuff and see if you're interested. Finally, you'll have interviews with the manager and team to see if you have the skills and fit in.
- Tell me about yourself and what you do for fun.
Software Engineer
So the interview had about 4-5 rounds. It kicked off with a technical screen on .NET basics, then a coding test. After that, we had a more in-depth technical chat about frameworks, APIs, and what I'd done in past projects. The last bit was with HR, talking about my career goals, what I'm looking for, and the company's vibe. Pretty smooth overall.
- Can you explain basic .NET concepts, including OOP, API development, and how the .NET lifecycle works?
- Tell me about your experience with .NET frameworks, APIs, and your past projects.
.NET Developer
I had a really good interview experience. The person interviewing me was super nice and made me feel comfortable right away. Because they were so friendly, I could really concentrate on what they were asking and give thoughtful answers. It felt like I could just be myself and talk honestly about my skills and what I've done without feeling judged. The whole vibe of the interview was great and made me feel good about potentially getting the job. I really liked how the interviewer made the conversation so relaxed and pleasant.
- Can you tell me who the president of India is?
