First, there was an online test covering networking basics, C programming basics, and aptitude. Out of over 200 students, 35 were shortlisted. Then, there were three technical interview rounds. They asked questions about networking, data structures, OS, and some puzzles. We had to write code for at least one program in each round. In the end, 7 people were selected.

I applied through referral and the whole process took 15 days. I interviewed at Netskope. It was a telephonic interview based on my resume. The interviewer was great. After the selection process, they asked me to join immediately. However, I couldn't join because my current company's training period would only be over in the last week of April. I informed them about this, and they called me after a week. They said they would contact me when they start offering positions. I am currently waiting for the offer letter.

I applied and got in touch with a University Recruiting Specialist who reviewed my profile and experience. She set up my first interview with a technical staff member. In that interview, he asked about my technical knowledge and background. It was a bit challenging and required specific answers. After that, I had a programming assessment over the phone using a collaborative coding tool. The interviewer asked questions to test my logic and if I knew cutting-edge concepts. He was encouraging and helped me when I faltered. The University Recruiting Specialist managed the documentation and guided me throughout.
