Account Manager
A friend at NetJets referred me, and the interview process was pretty straightforward. Brian was my main contact, super easy to chat with and answered all my questions, making things smooth. It was a three-part process: first, a phone screening with Brian, then an in-person meeting with the department manager, and finally, a Zoom call with the director. I started in late October and got the offer on December 1st.

Account Manager
There were 4 interviews in total: HR, an account manager, sales executives, and the team. The process was straightforward but took quite some time. I've interviewed twice for different positions, always reaching the final stage before they decided to promote someone else.
- Can you share your years of experience?
- What is your track record regarding sale volume?
Account Manager
I had a 15 minute phone interview first. If I passed that, I was invited for a face-to-face interview. They called me back a few days later for the interview. It was a panel of 3 managers who asked me different questions, some situational, and others about my experiences and what I would bring to the company. I had to be very precise with my answers and also ask them questions. My interview lasted a little over an hour, including the time spent asking questions. About 3 days after the interview, I got a call offering me the job. The whole process involves background checks and drug testing, but they were really efficient.
- What value will you add to the Owner Service team?
