I went through all the interview steps, and it took around two months. The interviewers were all nice, and the technical parts seemed logical. Even though I accepted the job offer, the recruiter never sent the contract, which was a waste of everyone's time and money. I was really hoping to join Netcracker then, but I got an offer from another company that was a better fit. Hopefully, you can improve the hiring process so interested candidates aren't lost.

The interview was pretty bad. The interviewer wasn't interested when I talked about my current project and kept asking random questions that didn't make sense. When I answered testing concept questions correctly, he first said I was wrong, then admitted I was right, and then got confused and said I was wrong again. It was confusing. Also, when I discussed project tools and terms, he kept switching between Hindi and English randomly, which made it hard to understand and felt unprofessional. Overall, it was a poorly done interview.

- Can you tell me about your current project? The interviewer seemed disengaged and asked irrelevant questions despite my explanations.
- I was asked some testing concept questions. Although I answered them correctly, the interviewer initially disagreed, then agreed after clarification, and later contradicted himself, causing confusion.
- Regarding project tools and terminology, the interviewer's constant switching between Hindi and English made it difficult to follow the conversation.

The interview process was great. First, there was a face-to-face technical round, followed by a telephonic manager round after a 3-day gap. Then, another telephonic HR manager round happened 4 days later. Finally, the offer letter was extended 3 days after that. The interviewers were polite, humble, and understanding.
