Behavioral Case Coding

Had 2 interviews on the same day, which was the entire hiring process. The first was a personal interview with typical interview questions and a review of my CV. The second interview involved a case study, so I made sure to brush up on data modeling, APIs, and OOP, and I was ready to write some pseudocode.

Behavioral Technical Case Presentation

For entry-level roles at Netcompany, the interview process starts with a quick phone screen, done in English, checking communication skills and your CV/projects. If you make it through, there are two more interviews, also fully in English. The first is all about your past projects – how you dealt with issues, your part in it, why you picked certain tech, and where you see your career going. They want to see if you fit their culture and can be a team player in consulting. The second interview is a technical case study with a tech lead or senior engineer. They'll give you a problem, like designing a booking system, and you'll need to draw up diagrams (use case, ERD/class) and a wireframe. You'll have to talk through your choices and answer questions on performance, design, and scaling. They care more about your problem-solving approach than perfect technical execution.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Could you share details about a project you're particularly proud of?
  • What was your specific contribution or role within that project?
  • What obstacles or difficulties did you encounter during that project?

Behavioral Technical

There were 3 stages in the interview process. First, there was an interview to assess character. After that, I had an interview with a Greek manager to discuss my experience. Finally, there was a technical interview with a Danish manager. The interviewers were really nice and explained everything clearly. They want to hire you if you're a good fit, so they might not be totally upfront about everything. You should ask for clarification, especially about the salary, because there can be a big pay gap for people doing the same job.

Confirmed questions6 questions
  • Could you elaborate on everything related to the previously discussed topics?
  • Can you provide more details on the salary expectations?
  • What is your experience in IT consulting?
