So, there were three stages in total. First, we had this introductory call where we talked about my background and what they expect from the role. Then, there were some multiple-choice tests to check my technical knowledge. Finally, I had a technical interview with the project manager, and we discussed projects, how I approach problems, and if I'm a good fit for the role.
- Can you explain what Object Oriented Programming is?

The interview lasted 2 hours. The first hour involved a conversation with the testing lead, covering personal background, education, skills, and interests. The second hour focused on a presented test case. You had 10 minutes to prepare alone in the room, followed by a discussion where the interviewer assessed your approach and thought process for the task. It's recommended to have prior experience or complete an ISTQB Foundational course to help organize your thoughts.
- How do you handle challenging situations at work?
Senior Consultant
It was a two-stage interview. The first stage was about people management, asking things like how you manage people and handle difficult team members. The second stage was a system design scenario. The interviewers were really nice.
