After they reviewed my application, they sent me a 45 minute test which I completed. I didn't hear back from them afterwards, not even for a rejection. While I get not getting a response if the CV isn't a good fit, I feel I'm owed a 5-minute email reply after spending 45 minutes on a test.

The interview process was quite lengthy, but the atmosphere was really nice and straightforward. The questions weren't overly challenging. The coding interview was also pretty manageable. Since I was a student applying, it felt like a chill process, and they really made me feel comfortable even though I didn't know much yet.
