Had an initial screening call, it was about 30 minutes. The interviewer mentioned they were initially going to pass on my application but wanted to know why I applied. They asked some standard behavioral questions and some that were specific to the company and the role. I was told they would set up another meeting, but they weren't sure how it would go, so I declined. It was a bit of a weird vibe.

The interview process included an initial phone interview, followed by a second and third phone interview. The whole process lacked direction and professionalism. I was initially told I'd hear back within a week, but then it took two months to schedule the second interview. The interviewer seemed unsure about the role's responsibilities, and another person didn't even call. Assessments were sent via email, but the links were broken. Communication was very poor. I'm glad I treated this as practice, as the company seemed poorly managed and the offered salary was significantly below market rates.

I first got a call from the corporate recruiter after applying. Then, I had a phone screen. After that, I met with the hiring manager and the head of the department. The final step was meeting with HR. I got a verbal offer about a week later, and then the formal offer came a week after that. The whole thing took about 2-3 weeks.
