Behavioral Technical Presentation

Expect about 2 to 3 interviews in total. First, there's a phone interview with HR. Then, you'll meet with the Hiring Manager and a Specialist/Lead in the field. After that, you'll have an interview with the Specialist/Lead along with some cross-functional partners. Make sure to prepare for behavioral questions, and it's a good idea to practice the STAR method. For technical questions related to the role, you can bring notes, but don't rely on them too heavily.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Can you share an instance where you made a compromise to reach a shared objective?
  • Tell me about a time you voiced a potentially controversial opinion.
  • Describe the process of developing a plan for a project or initiative you were part of.

Behavioral

The interview process started with an hour-long phone screening with HR. About a week later, HR reached out to schedule an in-person, on-site interview. This involved a full day of various interviews, focusing heavily on behavioral questions. I met with three cross-functional managers, the hiring manager, an HR representative, and a director.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Can you share an instance where you dealt with a challenging supervisor or colleague?
