First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Nestlé USA.
Employer Branding Specialist
I got an email to schedule a phone screen a few days after applying. I had the phone screen and was told I'd hear back within a week. Two weeks passed and I hadn't heard from the recruiter, so I followed up via email, phone, and LinkedIn. Two months later, I received an automated rejection.
- What aspect of employer branding do you find most enjoyable?
Specialist
It was a long interview process, but totally worth it. I first spoke on the phone with 2 HR people. Then I had a long in-person interview and a web-ex interview. After that, there was a background check and a drug test. Everyone I met was really nice, professional, and helpful. I'm really glad I decided to join Nestle.
- What makes you want to join Nestle?
Senior Specialist
Had a screening call with the HR recruiter where we discussed the job description and the pay range. After that, I interviewed with the hiring manager. Then, I had 4 more interviews on-site with two teammates, the hiring manager again, and the HR business partner.
- Can you introduce yourself and explain your interest in this position?
