Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Nestlé USA.
Human Resources Coordinator
The hiring process was efficient but long. I was screened by a recruiter in Texas. After that, I talked to an HRBP in Ohio. Later, I had an in-person interview with 3 people at the Arlington location. Then, I had to interview with one more person. The whole thing took about 6 weeks. But, after the last phone screen, I got my offer two days later.
- Tell me about a new initiative you started in your current role.
HR Generalist
So, first I had this phone chat with the hiring manager, and then I went in for an in-person meeting where I met with the whole department team. After that, I had a final lunch meeting with the hiring manager. It was a pretty standard kind of setup.
- Can you describe your experience working within a unionized setting?
