First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Nestlé USA.
Senior Analyst
A third-party recruiter reached out to me about a contract role. I had an initial call with the recruiter. They then presented my resume and background to Nestle. Nestle decided to proceed, and I went through a two-round interview process. The first round was with HR, and the second round involved speaking with two members of the team.
- How do you approach forecasting?
- How do you handle collaboration?

Analyst
The interview process was long and drawn out. I started to feel harassed by their HR rep. Kept calling and asking questions prior to the interview. The first part of the interview went well, the second half was given by a really hostile manager.
