We did a phone interview first, then an in person interview. It was thorough and straight forward. They asked behavior based questions, seeking what your actions were in situations. They also asked safety related questions and about your experience. It was a panel of up to 4 interviewers.

A recruiter reached out via email and we had an initial chat that I felt went pretty well. I was told I'd get an email with more details later that day and that I should contact them with questions. That email never arrived, and my follow-up calls and emails went unanswered. While I get that sometimes people decide a candidate isn't a fit, just being ghosted like that doesn't seem like a company that has good values.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • Can you describe your experience with relevant software?
  • How many direct reports did you have in previous roles?
  • What was the revenue of the businesses you've managed?
