I got an email to schedule my first interview with an HR rep. I prepped by researching the company and the job I was applying for, and also reviewed the STAR interview prep they sent. But, barely two minutes into the interview, the HR rep mentioned it's a 3rd shift position (10pm-6am) and asked if that would be an issue. This info wasn't even in the job posting. It feels like a waste of time for everyone when the hours aren't clearly stated upfront.

It was a behavior-based interview with a lot of questions about feelings and emotions, not really about job experience or skills. It could have been shorter if they actually checked for real abilities. It was a couple of rounds.
