I saw open interviews on indeed so I applied. I went to my interview via zoom with the best talent acquisition I have ever experienced. Very professional and answered the questions i had that ultimately led me to starting my career at Nestle! I then waited for a call which was a few days for my face to face interview. I studied behavioral based questions and applied that to my work/school experience, then I got a call saying I got the job and a promotion already due to my expertise! Things are looking good and I am excited to go on this journey. Now time to study ergonomics!

You're taken into a room with about 6 to 10 managers or supervisors. One person is in charge of the interview, but the others can chime in with comments or questions if they feel like it. If you get an interview, you've basically got the job locked down, provided you don't mess it up too badly.

I applied on the Nestle Purina website and got a call from a recruiter in St. Louis a few days later. She went over my resume and asked me some behavioral questions, then told me the plant would call to set up an in-person interview. Three days later, the Davenport plant called. The face-to-face interview was great and started with a tour of the facility, which was really interesting to see the process firsthand. Then, we had three sessions with behavioral questions, with at least two people asking questions in each. We had to introduce ourselves and our backgrounds in each session. They seemed to really listen and made sure the questions were clear. The only challenge was coming up with different experiences for each question. A few hours after leaving, I was offered the job.
