First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Neoway.

Business Analyst
The process began with an HR interview, then moved to a management interview, then to a technical case development, and finally to presenting the case. What stands out is how organized and human the whole process felt. The company aimed from the start to understand the candidate not just technically, but also their ambitions, background, and goals, always giving clear feedback between stages.

Senior Designer
I applied through Gupy and there were 4 stages in total: a chat with HR, a chat with the hiring manager, despite sending the portfolio for evaluation, a practical test was still requested and then I had a chat with the manager; they opted for another candidate.

Software Developer
The entire process happened in three stages. First, the recruiter contacted me. She talked about the company, the job, and asked about my background. It was a really relaxed chat, and then I got a technical challenge with a generous deadline of one week. I worked on the test calmly, and honestly, I learned a lot while doing it. If the process had ended there, I would have already gained an amazing experience and a portfolio on my GitHub. The recruiter called me the following week, saying the team liked my test result and wanted to move to the second stage, so we scheduled a meeting. In the second stage, I met the tech lead and two other developers who reviewed my test. The interview vibe was great. The lead explained the team's context within the company and asked me to introduce myself and then explain what I did in the test. This stage lasted about an hour. At the end, I got positive feedback on the test and was told I'd hear back in at least 3 days. The final stage was the recruiter reaching out with an offer and explaining the next steps. Then, I got the offer letter via email, which I accepted right away. Throughout all the stages, the people I interacted with made me feel comfortable and at ease, and they explained everything very well, making me even more eager to join Neoway's team. I can say that of all the interview processes I've been through, this is the one where I felt the best during all our interactions.
- How has your career as a developer been?

- Tell me about the choices you made in the technical challenge and other possible ways to approach it.
