Initial screening call explaining the project to confirm my interest. Then a technical interview and later a technical test with the client. The whole process took about a month until the final decision, and then another 15 days for the contract signing, so around a month and a half in total.
- Can you discuss your previous projects and your specific contributions to them?
- What experience do you have with Microsoft Azure?
- Could you describe your familiarity with Databricks?
ETL Developer
The process was quick and smooth, and they selected candidates within the agreed timeframe. I felt very comfortable, and they answered all my questions about the role I applied for immediately.
- Technical questions related to the position
- Questions about my soft skills
- Group interview
Data Engineer
The whole process happened remotely (maybe due to COVID-19). There were just two interviews: one with the recruiter and another with the technical lead. Very dynamic and simplified process. Started on WhatsApp (the job was advertised in groups) and finished with emails with invites.
