The interview process was quite smooth, but the case study was so extensive it felt more like a written benchmarking exercise with a tight deadline. To top it off, the final outcome was just an automated thank-you message. What any candidate who invests time in a case study really wants is at least some structured feedback, even if it's just to know where they could improve.
