Me chamaram para uma entrevista e no começo pareceu que seria algo muito bom e humanizado. Me deram todos os sinais de que haveria uma segunda entrevista e disseram que o RH entraria em contato para o FIT cultural. Nunca apareceram, nem me enviaram um e-mail sequer. Fiquei esperançosa e depois abandonada, não me respondiam mais. É ridículo, isso é brincar com o sentimento das pessoas.

I found out about the position on LinkedIn and reached out to a manager, who set up a meeting. I went through two stages: a technical interview and one focused on cultural fit. Both were casual and light conversations, meant to get to know my experience, background, and personality a bit. The first interview was with two managers, and the cultural fit interview was with a tech recruiter.

First there was a chat with the area manager and then a really cool automation challenge was sent to be delivered in a week. After the challenge was delivered, there was a chat with HR for expectation alignment and a final conversation with the area and the manager about the delivered test. There was a really cool exchange of positive and negative points about the delivery; the conversation was very light and productive!
