Initial contact via LinkedIn, the recruiter was very nice and direct. First interview was very positive, with two nice and polite interviewers. I introduced myself and talked about my background, and they explained Neon. Second interview involved a case presentation, focusing on a project's mindset process. They reassured me and made me feel calm (there was one more person, making it 3 total). Besides sharing knowledge, they provided feedback and asked well-posed questions that I missed in my presentation.
