The whole process took 2 weeks. I was referred by someone from the company and got an email about it. Then, a really cool recruiter talked to me about the job and continuing the process. I had two technical interviews with more experienced developers the following week. I'd never done a live coding interview before, so it was a bit stressful, but it all went well. The day after the last technical interview, I had an interview with the managers. The managers who talked to me were very attentive, the conversation was very calm, and I got to learn more about the company's culture and how much the employees care about its purpose. The very next day, I received confirmation that I was approved and could start in a few days.

I really enjoyed the process. The recruiter reached out on LinkedIn. First, I chatted with the recruiter, who explained the whole process and how it works. They were super nice, answered all my questions, and made me even more excited. Next, I spoke with the tech lead for the team. They explained the product's case, how the Squads work, the technologies used, and asked two technical questions. I managed to answer about half of one and all of the other. The conversation was very relaxed, and I liked it a lot. Then, I had another chat with a manager to get to know me better. Finally, I circled back with the recruiter to get the congratulations. Overall, the process was AWESOME! I'd never been through such a cool process before, like the one Neon had.

The process started with either applying through Linkedin or being contacted by the recruiter. Then, there was an interview with the recruiter, followed by a technical interview with a Mobile team representative, which included tests. The whole process was quick, although their internal procedures took a bit longer, which is normal. I had relaxed and friendly conversations with nice people throughout. I had internet issues during the technical interview, which lasted all day, but they were understanding, rescheduled, and it went well.
