& Process

It was a very smooth process. The HR team and hiring managers were very attentive and open throughout the selection. We had some really interesting conversations about the Data and Credit area. There were 3 interviews in total: a group activity, a meeting with the manager, and another with analysts where we simulated a real-world case.

The interview process has 3 stages, all happening on the same day. First, a specific personal presentation. Second, a group activity. Third, an individual interview. We start with a meeting explaining the company, areas, and positions. Then comes the specific personal presentation where you need to briefly present yourself (Name, Age, Where you live), choose an object, show it, explain why you chose it, and how you influence people around you. After that, there's a group activity to discuss a customer service case. After this activity, we'll have a break while the team decides who goes to the final individual interview with the managers.

The interview consisted of a personal introduction and a group case study. The company seems fun, but the case study was really boring and demotivating. We had to discuss a news article in a group, but it was all very disorganized, and those who spoke last were disadvantaged because the article was short and didn't allow for much development. I was expecting a more interesting dynamic, with innovation cases, etc.
