Customer Experience Analyst
The first step was to answer two questions via email, one to describe a situation where you had a good customer service experience and the second question was to answer how you would act in a specific situation with a customer. After a few days, if approved in the first phase, they call you to participate in the second and final phase, in this stage you participate in an online group activity, first introducing yourself and then solving a case. After that, after a few days Neon sends you an email with positive or negative news about the selection process.
- How would you handle a situation where a customer decides not to activate their Neon credit card because of a low credit limit and because they already have a card with another bank? Please describe your approach in up to 10 lines.
Customer Experience Analyst
The best hiring process I've been through. From the initial phone call with information and scheduling the group activity, to the activity itself, which was fantastic, relaxed, and very comfortable. Congratulations!
- What would it be like for me to move from a leadership position to an operational one?
Customer Experience Analyst
We had a very interesting group dynamic. It was a fair amount of time for each candidate to present their experiences and backgrounds, and it also encouraged problem-solving skills with the case study given. I felt comfortable enough to give a good presentation, so much so that I got the job.
