The interview journey was unexpectedly smooth. The email clearly outlined all the steps. Responses were prompt, arriving within 2-3 days. We were given a generous 48 hours to decide whether to proceed. Before deciding, there was an in-depth webcast live from their data center, explaining the company's mission, services, and including a pre-recorded intro from a working professional. The company's commitment to diversity was quite apparent. Additionally, we received a training session introducing expected roles and providing guidance videos. The expected commitment was 4-8 hours, with flexible work hours where extra effort was rewarded.
