Front End Web Developer
So, first, they look at your resume and application, like, do you fit? Then, if you do, there's like a first chat, maybe phone or video, to see if you're right and if you're really interested. After that, for tech jobs, you'll probably do some kind of test, maybe coding or problems, to check your skills. Then you might have some chats where they ask about how you deal with stuff, like your personality and if you'd fit in. Sometimes you'll talk to a bunch of people from the team all at once. Oh, and sometimes you gotta do a case study or show off a project you did, especially if it's more product-y. The very last thing might be talking to someone higher up, like a leader, to see if you're on the same page with the company's big picture. If all that goes well, they'll check your references. And then, if you pass, they'll offer you the job and you can talk about the pay and all that.
