The hiring process involved a challenging but interesting take-home assignment and was quite long, spanning 4 rounds. The final stage was an all-day onsite interview, but there seemed to be a lack of coordination among the interviewers, as they all asked similar questions without apparent note comparison.

So first I got a take home assignment where I had to solve two computer graphics problems. After that, I had an onsite interview. Part of that was a presentation about one of my favorite projects. I also had two more interviews with the team, one with the whole team, and then another with the CEO. Oh, and there was a recruiter call at the beginning.

First, there was a screening phone call. Then, a 2-day take home technical assessment was given, but no feedback was provided after. The onsite interview involved a presentation of a project, with a slide limit that prevented going into full detail. This was followed by several technical interviews. After a decision was made (I got rejected), again, no useful feedback was given, just a generic rejection.

The interview process included an email exchange, a coding assessment that needs to be designed and completed in 48 hrs, an interview with the SDE director, and finally an interview with a senior engineer. It was a very enlightening process and the interviewers were very nice. The coding assessment is a bit time-consuming but really reflects the knowledge background of an Engineer. I can't say much about the coding challenge, but it was different from LeetCode-style questions, and it was not very easy nor hard. I like the way they assess applicants and I hope more companies can do it like Neocis.
