HR reached out and scheduled interviews with three team members without an initial phone screen. After the first round, another round with more team members was requested. I then waited two weeks without hearing anything, only to find out they hired someone else. Two weeks after that, they contacted me about a different role, offered it to me, and then rescinded the offer soon after due to a restructuring. All in all, the process felt disorganized, unprofessional, and like a waste of my time.

This was a terrible interview process, I would not recommend it. The company is unprofessional and seems to be acquiring other firms. Inexperienced people are managing the process. They conducted 3 interviews, and their main focus is on money.

The interview process was pretty straightforward. The people interviewing me were really nice and chill, and the questions they asked were a mix of regular interview stuff and technical questions. The team lead showed me around the office, introduced me to pretty much everyone, and gave me a rundown of what the job entails. By the time I left, I really wanted the job because everyone was so friendly and I understood the role perfectly. The hiring took a while, but since I wasn't in a rush, I decided to go back to school, get a certification, and work somewhere else while I waited. A few months later, I got a call and a job offer from Nelson. So yeah, the interview itself was simple, but the hiring process was unusually long. However, I heard from others that this is not typical and most people get hired in a couple of weeks. So if you've interviewed recently, try not to stress if it takes a bit longer than that.

I had a lot of emails from an HR coordinator, then a phone interview with three people, and then an in-person interview at their office. They said they needed to make hiring decisions quickly because of a new contract and a lot of work. I got a call the next day from upper management saying they were 'working on an offer' but my salary request was higher than they expected, which surprised me because my salary was on my application. I said I'd still consider their offer. They told me to wait for an email offer. After not hearing anything for a week, I contacted the HR coordinator who said I was still being considered. After another week of silence, I emailed the people who interviewed me in person. I haven't heard back at all. I was surprised by the lack of communication since the interviews went so well and they seemed excited to have me. It would have been more professional to just send an email saying they weren't hiring me instead of ignoring me.
