First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Nelson Connects.
Recruiting Manager
The interview process was very thoughtful, and I felt communicated properly. I met with several employees and got a good understanding of the role and the team's needs. They seem like an inclusive bunch of people.
- What's prompting your job search from your present position?
Recruiting Coordinator
There was 1 phone interview and then an onsite interview. The staffing agency did a good job prepping me before the interview before I went onsite to Google for the official onsite. I would recommend prepping the basics like biggest weakness, strength, etc. and then how you handle stress, project management, and monotonous work.
- Prepare yourself for some logistics questions, like potential interview disasters and how you would handle them. For example, what would you do if the first interviewer doesn't show up, or you don't have a room to interview in?
- Also, be able to answer how you deal with monotonous work.
Technical Sourcer
The interviewing process was nothing unexpected. It starts off with a phone screen, waited a week and then an in-person interview with a few team members, a final in-personal interview happened a week later and offer was extended. During the interview, everyone was very nice and professional, it was more of a conversation.
