Customer Service Associate
So first, you'll usually have a quick chat over the phone or video. After that, you'll probably have a few more chats with people on the team to really get to know you. They'll ask stuff like, what would you do in this situation and questions about your past jobs to see if you've got the skills and if you'd fit in. Sometimes, you might have to talk to a whole group of interviewers at once, or maybe even some big bosses at the end before they decide to offer you the job.
- How do you go about resolving disagreements that come up between people on your team?
Customer Service Representative
I applied for a temporary, entry-level Customer Service Representative job online. A few days later, I got a call back scheduling an interview for two days from then. The interview itself was pretty quick and simple. I first talked with the HR Manager about my background and goals. After that, I had a chat with a team leader where they asked me behavioral questions and presented some hypothetical situations. The whole process felt professional and thorough, and they also did a background check by contacting my previous employers.
- What actions would you take if you discovered a coworker was stealing company assets?
Customer Service Representative
They were friendly and had clearly read my resume and prepared questions. They scheduled the interview outside of my current work hours, which I appreciated for the flexibility. The HR person conducted the phone screen and interview professionally over the phone, and I felt I could communicate well without feeling pressured.
- How do you deal with upset customers
