The interview process was great, and I enjoyed speaking with the recruiter. They asked clear questions and provided answers. Plan for a 30-minute phone call. They usually get back to you a few weeks later. There's only one interview, and they often extend an offer upfront, depending on the recruiter.

The interview was conducted online via MS Teams. The interviewer was really friendly and understanding, even when I had a minor tech issue! They asked questions in a story format about my past experiences, drawing from previous jobs or schooling. The questions weren't the typical ones, but they were manageable. My advice for preparing is to think about your past work or education and identify scenarios that could be relevant to this role.

First, there's a short 5-10 min get-to-know-you chat to see if you meet the basic requirements. If that goes well, you move on to a second interview where they ask more detailed questions about your work experience and how you handle things. Finally, you'll get to talk to your potential supervisor for any final instructions or questions.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • Can you share an instance of dealing with a particularly challenging customer service situation, perhaps involving an upset or angry customer?
  • Describe a situation where you had more tasks than you could complete in a day. How did you determine what to prioritize, and what did you do with the unfinished tasks?
