You'll have a phone call with your recruiter. They'll ask typical questions, and the interview is about 30 minutes. Just be yourself and be honest. They'll get back to you in about 2-3 days.
- Could you share an instance where you motivated someone to do the right thing at work?
- Describe a negative customer service interaction you experienced.
- Which software applications have you used before?

The interview process was really nice and chill, the interviewers were super friendly. They told me during the interview that if I missed any training days I'd be fired, but turns out that wasn't true after I got hired. They said I'd be fired for missing a doctor's appointment, but someone else in my training was allowed to miss training for a family thing. So just tell them the days and why you need off, don't let them pressure you about doctor's appointments.
- Can you solve this math problem for me?

Got a call from a recruiter a couple weeks after applying to set up an interview. It was a pretty fast and straightforward process, I think it was on Microsoft Teams. They asked typical customer service questions. The whole thing took about 30 minutes, and I got the offer within a week.
- Can you share an instance where you successfully de-escalated a situation with an unhappy customer?
