I applied online and heard back about two or three weeks later for an initial HR phone screen. Then I had a second interview with the VP two days later. They mentioned they were still interviewing others but gave me good feedback, saying I was a top candidate. Two weeks after that, I had two back-to-back interviews where they asked basic questions about my background and the company.

I had 4 interviews: two with La Mer Executives, one with the Cosmetics Mgr, and one with the HR Manager. I was asked about the brand, La Mer, and other Estee Lauder companies, plus what I knew about Neiman Marcus' history. Then, I went through drug screening and a background check.
