For applicants not in town, there are phone and Skype interviews. If you are local, you'll have face-to-face interviews. You go through several interview stages, meeting with different upper management levels. After that, you'll meet with HR for more assessment. HR will contact you before the offer is extended.

The process took about two weeks from my online application to when my phone interview was scheduled. I was contacted by the recruiter for an initial phone screening. Then, I was told my resume would be sent to the hiring manager, and they would decide if I would get a phone interview with them. I got a call back with the date and time for my phone interview with the hiring manager. On the day of the interview, I got ready and waited for the call, which was supposed to be at 1:00 pm. However, the interviewer never called. After waiting about 10 minutes, I contacted the recruiter and let her know. She said the interviewer claimed she had called me, even though she hadn't. I had given a landline number to avoid issues like this, since cell phones can be unreliable. After she told me the interviewer said she called, I checked the phone's caller ID for missed calls, but there were none (I didn't really need to check because I was right next to the phone). Anyway, she mentioned that the interviewer said she would reschedule my interview if she had time. I didn't really expect a callback because if she had called me back, it would have been an admission that they made a mistake and didn't call me at the scheduled time. It was an unorganized interview process with no respect for applicants' time.

The interview process was pretty standard. We did a phone screen, then a first in-person round, and finally another in-person round. The whole thing wrapped up in about two weeks.
