Behavioral Technical Presentation

After a really long application, the recruiter missed our scheduled call and just asked for my salary expectations via email. Then, I had a panel interview with five people, which was my first time meeting anyone from the company. They were interesting and clearly good at their jobs, but some questions were odd, like a quiz on the company's history and impact. I got to the final round, which was fine, but they never even sent a basic rejection. The whole thing took weeks, and even after I followed up a few times, I never heard back about whether the job was filled.

The interview process was seamless, though the follow-up information after the interviews was terrible. It seems like a great organization with a lot of potential for professional and career development.

Group Behavioral

It was a group interview over Zoom with about five interviewers. It felt professional, and they asked good questions about my background and why I wanted this job. I didn't hear back though, and after two months of silence, I found out from someone else they had hired someone.
