First, there were some psychometric tests. After that, I was shortlisted for a virtual interview. They asked questions like 'tell us about yourself' and 'how do you fit into the company.' They require good lighting and audio. My network cut out mid-interview and I skipped a question.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- How do you see yourself fitting into this company?

So for the interview, it's a video interview, you can use an app or your desktop. You get three tries to answer each of the 5 questions. After the interview, you'll need to do a fingerprint test at a station they pick for you.
- Could you start by telling us a bit about yourself?
Programmer Analyst
I applied online and heard back about a month later for an interview with the Postilion Realtime team. I spoke with the team manager, two technical folks, and an HR person. The technical questions were mainly about my Postilion experience, like how it works, debugging, and design choices. They also asked standard HR questions about my job search and past roles. The technical interviews were fine, but the HR person seemed unprepared and a bit rude, reading my CV for the first time during the chat. I haven't heard back in about three weeks, so I'm assuming it didn't work out. I think the next steps would have been assessments, but I would have turned it down anyway because I found out during the interview that the job involves regular standby support, which wasn't in the ad and would have made me not apply if I'd known.
- Standard HR questions and Postilion technical questions.
- Do you have experience with Postilion and can you describe how it works, how to debug it, and any design choices you'd make regarding it, as well as any plugin experience you have with X product?
- Standard HR questions
