Call Agent
I did the interview via Glassdoor back in November 2025 and then uploaded all the required documents. When I checked on Nedbank, it still said 'interview'. This month, I called for a follow-up. The person took my details and said they'd call me back, so now I'm not sure what to do.

Customer Service Representative
The interview process wasn’t hard at all, it was very easy and I was able to secure the job, but I declined. It just wasn’t the right fit for me at the present moment. It was pretty much all the standard STAR interview questions. The interviewer was funny and nice, had a good vibe.

Call Agent
I applied online, and then interviewed at Nedbank Square uMhlanga. The first step was applying online on the company's website. About a month later, I got a call from their internal recruiter who said he'd send an email invitation but never did. I had to call their recruitment desk three times. On the third call, he lied about sending it and I wasn't sure why I hadn't received it. I gave him a second email address just in case, and he finally sent the invitation about two minutes later to both addresses. Since it was short notice (one day), I had to travel to Durban early that morning. I arrived an hour early, but the interview started about 20 minutes after the scheduled time because the hiring managers were late. It was an easy competency-based behavioral interview, and the interviewers were friendly. I was told I'd get feedback within a week, but I haven't received any yet. I followed up with the recruiter, but he didn't reply. I regret spending my last money on travel which I could have used for registration.
