First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at NECCO.
Case Manager
The interview was on Zoom and included several staff members, like a regional director, office director, and case managers. It involved a few questions followed by a lighthearted one.
- What does work-life balance mean to you?
Case Manager
The interview was pretty easy. The people that interviewed me were kind and welcoming. They asked me questions about my history and experience. I did the interview via Zoom. I have been on interviews on zoom where there were about 15 people and it was very overwhelming, but this interview only had a few.
- What does your work-life balance look like?
Case Manager
I interviewed with 4 people sitting around a table. They told me I wasn't an exact fit for the job I applied for, but they gave me info about a different job that they wanted me to apply for. I applied to that job, and then I never even got a phone call back.
- Can you tell me about your strengths and weaknesses?
- What qualities do you have that would make you successful in this role?
