The interview process here is pretty thorough. Usually, you'll go through about two rounds of interviews. They ask questions that are directly related to the job. I had my first interview with the program director. Then, I had a peer interview with the case management team.

I had an interview with four people at the same time, which was a bit stressful. I also had to make a video about why I wanted to work there and then complete a computer questionnaire about how I would handle certain situations right after the interview. On the same day, I was sent for a drug screening and a physical.

The interview was pretty easy. The people that interviewed me were kind and welcoming. They asked me questions about my history and experience. I did the interview via Zoom. I have been on interviews on zoom where there were about 15 people and it was very overwhelming, but this interview only had a few.

I applied in December 2018. They contacted me in February 2019, and I had my interview three days later. There were 3-4 people in the room, and they all asked questions. I left, and they called a few hours later with the job offer.
