It was super simple and clear. They were upfront about the kind of candidate they were looking for to fill the role. No surprises with the questions. Overall, it was a good experience and I feel like NFM is a solid employer.

The interview process involved standard STAR questions, some questions about my experience, and the classic 'sell me this pen' challenge. Apparently, the managers are stuck in the past and don't think selling based on product knowledge is a valid approach.

So there were like two interviews that happened. First one was with HR, and then the second one was with the manager for the department that I was applying to. The first interview was a STAR interview type, like they asked me about 15 questions starting with 'name a time when...'. The second interview with the department manager was more focused on the job itself and to see if I had the skills for it. They mentioned they'd train you, so they just wanted to see if you could learn.

Confirmed questions1 question
  • Tell me about a time you had a problem with a manager and what you did about it.
